Lodging from the night of August 18 through the morning of August 27 (9 nights) is included in the entry fee and booked by the organizers. Event headquarters is the Silver Cloud Inn at 12202 NE 124th in Kirkland (exit 20B from I-405 at Totem Lake). For reservations call 800-205-6933.

Inside Passage ferry transport (value $140 per cycle team, $300 per auto) is included only for entries paid in full by July 10. After that date reservations may become the entrant's responsibility. The ferry is part of the official route, teams who finish by an alternate route will be penalized for controls missed.
